Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

If you want to cancel your booking please get in touch as soon as you can and we will do our best to help.

If you have given more than 21 days notice we are happy to refund your place, minus a 10% admin fee.

If there are less than 21 days remaining we will offer your place out to another student. If the place is filled we will be able to offer you credit to use against another course or workshop.

Please carefully check all course dates before booking as we are not able to alter this policy.

In the event that we have to cancel a lesson, we will reschedule the lesson on a different date.

Missing lessons

‍Our courses are structured in weekly progressing steps, so it is imperative that you are sure that you can attend all course dates before you book a course. It is not possible to reschedule a missed lesson to another date - we do not have spare places on any of our courses.

This same policy applies to lessons missed due to illness.

Illness

If you are unable to attend a session on the day due to illness you are not eligible for a refund, regardless of the circumstances.

We run a micro-business and every booking helps us to keep going so we must maintain this policy to survive.
